This is an individual meeting - we use this to asses what the issues are for mediation and if mediation is appropriate. This is a good opportunity to talk through what you want the issues are and your expectations and options. This meeting is very important and is a confidential meeting to your. The next stage is to set up a joint mediation meeting .
After both individual pre mediation meetings. We set up a joint meeting with your mediator. This can be online / teams / zoom or by video call or telephone. What ever is the easiest for you. Or we offer round table meetings at our local meeting rooms. This option is more costly but it is a choice and we are happy to set any type of meeting.
We are experienced Mediators and Family Lawyers - and will assist you in reaching an amicable resolution. We will put that agreement in writing for you to take away. There are options to have an informal signed agreement or formalising your agreements.
